Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email)
informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your decision to exercise
your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you,
including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from
your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day
on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged
any fees in connection with this refund.

Special Note Regarding Digital Content/Services

For contracts regarding the delivery of digital content that is not stored on a physical medium
(e.g., downloads, streaming, e-learning access), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to perform
the contract after you:

• have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the end of the cancellation period, and
• have confirmed that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract begins to be performed.

Performance of the contract begins as soon as you are granted access to the digital content or services.
